For anyone not familiar with the State of the CF Union survey, it is annual treat from TeraTech. They collect all the data and make the results publicly available. You get to see what others are using and can compare against years past to see how the CF World is changing.
Being in the infrastructure space, we pay close attention to deployment section. It was interesting to see that there was not a lot of movement from 2022 to 2023. I expected to see a little more interest in containers and even serverless computing, but I didn’t see that when just comparing 2023-2022. Another key takeaway for xByte is the number of OnPrem implementations. Because xByte can help with both Cloud and OnPrem infrastructures, we are in a unique position to help the entire CF community.
